SCR 16                                                                       
Representative Therriault brought up reconsideration of the vote on            
HCS CSSCR 16(RLS) (page 1828).                                                 
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in second reading:                    
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT                                         
RESOLUTION NO. 16(RLS)                                                         
Urging the state executive branch administration, University of               
Alaska administration, and Alaska Court System administration to               
negotiate collective bargaining agreements that result in a net zero           
cost increase.                                                                 
                                                                               
Amendment No. 2 was offered  by Representatives Therriault and                  
Kelly:                                                                         
                                                                               
Page 2, line 22:                                                               
Delete "will"

Representative Therriault moved and asked unanimous consent that               
Amendment No. 2 be adopted.                                                    
                                                                               
Representative Vezey objected and withdrew the objection.  There               
being no further objection, Amendment No. 2 was adopted.                       
                                                                               
Representative Croft placed a call of the House and lifted the call.           
                                                                               
The question to reconsidered:  "Shall HCS CSSCR 16(RLS) am H pass
